1. Place the spur (A) at the desired height.
2. Insert the pin (B).
3. Fix the pin with
the circlip (C).
4. For added
support, insert
screws (D) and
(E) and tighten
the nuts until the
desired setting is
obtained.
6.3. CHECKPOINTS BEFORE STARTING THE
MACHINE
Verify that the machine completely and look for loose
parts (screws, nuts, etc.) and damages. Press, repair
or replace everything you need before using the
machine.
Ensure that the security protectors are properly installed
and in perfect state.
6.3.1. HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT INSTALLATION OF SPUR
Before starting the machine, adjust the height of the
spur to the height required to carry out the desired
work.
6.3.2. FILLING THE FUEL TANK
Use unleaded fuel of 95° and synthetic
oil for 2 stroke engines. Motor Fuel:
Mixture (Gasoline 40: Oil 1) 2.5%.
Mix gasoline and oil in a bottle homologated for this
use. If you will mix more combustible just prepare
the amount you will use the short term. Do not use
fuel that has been stored over two months. The
fuel stored for long periods lose its characteristics

making it harder to start the engine and giving poorer
performance.
To refill with petrol:
1. Choose an adequate area and surface to refill
petrol.
2. Remove the petrol cap.
3. Refill with petrol but never surpassing the level of
the petrol filter that is in the entrance of the petrol
deposit. If petrol covers the petrol filter, petrol could

leak out when the petrol heats up and expands.

4. Screw the petrol cap tightly. Eliminate all the petrol
that could have leaked out with a dry rag.
WARNING:
Stop the engine before refilling petrol, disconnect the
spark plug and wait for the muffler to cool down.
Do not refill the machine in a closed area.
Stay away at least 3 meters from the zone
where you have refueled before started the machine.
Add fuel before starting the machine. Never remove
the cap of the fuel tank while the engine is running or
when the machine is hot.
6.4. START UP AND STOPPAGE
Before start up, ensure that all moving parts of the
machine are not in contact with any object.
6.4.1. COLD-STARTING THE ENGINE
1. Press the primer several times (7-10 times)
until petrol reaches the carburetor.
2. Move the air lever in CHOKE
3. Hold the machine with a left hand on the handle and
pull the starter rope until you hear the engine start.
