• The following sterilizing methods are prohibited:
- Immerse the handpiece into any boiling liquid.
- Immersion of the handpiece in disinfectants such as iodine, alcohol or glutaraldehyde.
- Heating of the handpiece in an oven or microwave.

2. Cleaning of tips, endochuck, torque wrench and endo wrench

• The scaling tip, endochuck, torque wrench and endo wrench can be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner.

3. Sterilization of tips, endochuck and wrenches

• All the scaling tips and endochuck can be autoclaved at 135°C (0,22 MPa).
• The following sterilization methods for torque wrench are prohibited:
- Boiling in alcoholic solutions.
- Immersion in iodine, alcohol or glutaraldehyde.
- Heating in oven or microwave oven.
Notice: we are not responsible for any damage caused to the torque wrench directly or indirectly made by any way in the
above items.
FAULT
The scaling tip doesn't vibrate and
there is no water flowing out when
stepping on the foot switch.
The scaling tip doesn't vibrate but
there is water flowing out when step-
ping on the foot switch.
The scaling tip vibrates but there is
no spray when stepping on the foot
switch.
The vibration of the tip become weak.
There is water seeping between the
handpiece and the cable.
There is water seeping between the
handpiece and the cable.
The endodontic file doesn't vibrate.
There is noise coming from the
endochuck.

4. TROUBLE SHOOTING AND NOTES
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The power plug is loose.
The foot switch connection is loose.
The fuse of the transformer is broken.
The fuse in the main unit is broken.
The tip is in loose contact.
The connection between the handpiece and the
circuit board is loose.
Fault with handpiece.
Fault with cable.
The water control knob is not on.
There is impurity in the electric-magnetic valve.
The water system is blocked.
The tip hasn't been screwed on to the handpiece tightly. Screw the tip on the handpiece tightly (see figure 6).
The tip is loose because of vibration.
The coupling between the hand piece and the cable
isn't dry.
The tip is damaged (see remark 2).
The tip is loose by because of vibration.
The waterproof "O" ring is damaged.
The waterproof "o" ring is damaged.
The screw cap is in losse.
Endochuck is damaged.
The screw cap is in losse.

SOLUTIONS
Insert the plug securely in the socket.
Insert the foot switch to its socket tightly.

Tighten it.
