Notice:
1. Don't pull out the handpiece when the foot switch is stepped on and the machine is producing ultrasonic vibration.
2. Do not use dry mode unless absolutely necessary during treatment. Do not let the machine operate in dry mode for too long.
The tooth may be damaged if the handpiece and / or insert overheat during treatment.
1.2 Instruction for main components of detachable handpiece (see figure 4) :
a) Nozzle: Nozzle can be removed. You can unscrew the cap and clean the shaft with alcohol after each use.
b) Handpiece Seal: the Seal can't be removed.
c) Handpiece: the main part of the handpiece is autoclaved at high temperature and high pressure.
d) Connection cable: Connect the handpiece with water supply and electricity to the main unit.
Warning: Keep away from sources of moisture when the handpiece is connected to the cable.
1.3 Guidance on torque wrench (see figure 5)
a) The torque wrench's structure is designed to control the strength of the scaling tip's installation
properly and correctly. It also guarantees the operator screws or unscrews the scaling tip effectively and safely.
b) Operation
 Place the scaling tip into the torque wrench, operate as shown in figure 5.
 Tip Installation: Hold the handpiece, turn the tip with the torque wrench in a clockwise direction as shown in Figure 5.
Make an extra turn after the tip has stopped. The insert is then installed.
 Removing the tip: Hold the handpiece; turn the wrench in an anticlockwise direction.
 Sterilize after each treatment.
 The torque wrench must be cooled naturally after sterilization to prevent burns during subsequent uses.
 Keep the torque wrench in a cool, dry, ventilated place and keep it clean.

2. Endodontic function (E)

• Fix endochuck to handpiece with endo wrench. (see figure 5).
• Unscrew the screw cap on the endochuck.
• Put the ultrasonic file into the hole at the bottom of endochuck.
• Screw the screw cap to the max with endo wrench to tighten up the ultrasonic file.
• Press option function, turn to endo function (E).
• When ultrasonic scaler turns to endo function, only the first power indicator is on and the power is at 1st level.
Put the ultrasonic file into the patient's root canal slowly, step on the foot switch to start endo treatment. During the treatment,
turn up the power gradually according to the needs.
The power range of endo treatment is advised from the 1st to the 5th level.
Notice:
1. When fixing endochuck, it must be screwed down.
2. The screw cap on the endochuck must be screwed down.
3. Don't press it too hard when the ultrasonic file is in the root canal.
4. Don't step on the foot switch until the ultrasonic file is in the root canal.
5. The power range is supposed from the 1st to 5th grades.

1. Sterilization of detachable handpiece

• Temperature options and pressure in autoclave : up to 135°C/2,2 bar (0,22 MPa).
• Pull out the handpiece and unscrew the scaling tip or endochuck after each operation.
• Dry any cleaning liquid present the handpiece with compressed air before sterilization.
• Pack the handpiece in sterile gauze or a sterilization pouch before sterilizing.
• Sterilize the handpiece in an autoclave.
• Check the exterior of the handpiece is not damaged during the treatment or sterilization. Do not apply protective oil to the
surface of the handpiece.
• There are two waterproof "o" rings at the end of handpiece. Please lubricate them with dental lube frequently, as sterilization
and repeated pulling and inserting will reduce their shelf life. Change them once they become damaged or worn excessively.
