3.4 Installing seat post and saddle
DANGER
Raising the seat post above the minimum insertion mark may cause accidents or damage!
If the seat post is not inserted to the minimum insertion mark, it may break or damage the frame.
• There is a hole in the seat tube of the frame through which you can check the minimum insertion depth of
the seat post. The seat post must always be inserted so far that it remains visible through the hole.
1. Open the clamp bolt. ATTENTION: Do not unscrew the bolt completely!
2. Carefully slide the seat post into the seat tube until you have reached the desired saddle height.
→ The seat post must remain visible through the drilling in the seat tube of the frame. If the seat post is not
visible, it must be inserted further into the frame.
3. Tighten the clamp bolt to a torque of 5 Nm.
4. Get on your bike and check whether the seat post height is right.
