Installation Notes

Cable Entry: Punch holes at the bottom of the enclosure to allow wires to be introduced in the controller. Do not
drill the top or side panels of the enclosure to prevent water infiltrations.
Mounting the Enclosure on the Wall: Leave a clearance of at least 12" above the controller to allow the cover
to be removed for maintenance.
Zone Wiring: When connecting a zone, use the "COM" teminal that is the closest to the zone's input terminal.
Do not connect more than 2 zones on the same "COM" terminal.
Siren Wiring: Prior to connecting the siren, make sure the battery is connected and works properly. If no siren is
used, connect a 1.5KOhm 1/2W resistor between the positve and negative terminals of the siren or disable the
siren monitoring function as explained in section 3.5 of the owner's manual.
