• Always place first the liquid ingredients in the bowl, except
when the contrary is specified in the recipe.
• Dice food in small parts of 1".
• Always turn off the appliance before using the mixing spoon.
Do never introduce nothing in the appliance while operating.
• Always allow stock or boiling stuffs to cool before processing.
• If the motor seems to labour, select the fastest speed to avoid
any overheating. Check also from any overloading (do not
exceed the max level), or add a little liquid more if food is too
heavy.
• Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 1
minute. This appliance is operating very fast for any kind of

stuff. A too long operating should result on a too soft or a sticky

food.
• To blend ice cubes, always add a small quantity of liquid.
• Do not remove the cover during operating. To add ingredients,
remove the cap and fill by the opening.

GLASS GRINDER
This bowl is to be used as a coffee grinder, but also to grind
herbs or prepare baby dishes.

It is perfect for baby nutrition to grind thin pieces of meat, fish or
ham.
The glass grinder is also convenient for herbs (parsley, chives,
garlic, onions, shallots...).
• Take care not to overload the grinder.

ICE CREAM MOULDS
These moulds are practical and clever to realize ice creams,
sorbets, ice cordials, etc...

- Prepare your recipe in the mixing bowl or any other appliance,
then pour the stuff into the moulds.
- Cover each mould thoroughly with its lid.
- Place in the freezer for 6 hours.
- Once ice creams are ready, reheat surface of moulds under a
warm trickle of water for an easier turning out.
- Pull on the lid handle to turn out... and savour !
