1. For multiple-step preparations, you have the option to define
pause times (max. 30 minutes per step).
This enables you to include a cooling phase in the process.
The pause time is automatically added by the TOPITEC
AUTOMATIC to the overall production time
and shown on the display during production.
To prevent inhomogeneous results,
the TOPITEC AUTOMATIC stirs the product 3 times every

2 minutes at low speed (300 rpm) during the pause.
