Programme mode
The programmes automatically control the temperature and duration of treat-
ment. To change the setting, read "Changing treatment settings" on page 46.
TREATMENT 1
Default settings
Recommended for care (Care)
Treatment time: 10 minutes.
Temperature: consistent temperature at setting 4
throughout the entire treatment - or your selected tem-
perature.
TREATMENT 2
Default settings
Recommended primarily for plant-based dye (Color)
Treatment time: 20 minutes.
Temperature: 3 min. raising temperature to setting 4;
Remaining time: setting 4 (default) - or your selected
temperature.
TREATMENT 3
Default settings
Recommended for lightening / bleaching (Bleach)
Treatment time: 30 minutes.
Temperature: 8 min. consistent low temperature;
5 min. raising temperature to setting 3;
remaining time: setting 3 (default) - or your selected
temperature.

Selecting programme
•
Select the desired treatment using the TREATMENT button.
-
When TREATMENT 1 is pressed, the programme code CA appears in the
display and then the treatment time of 10 minutes.

The lower display shows the preset final temperature setting 4 (the tem-
perature development is not displayed).

The LED in the ION button is lit – ionisation is switched on.
Returning to start position:
•
By pressing the CLEAR button, the appliance returns to start position.

The selected programme is deselected.
-
The treatment is cancelled.

Starting treatment
•
Press the START button.
-
The thermometer symbol is lit (approx. 2 minutes).

The display shows the remaining treatment time.

By pressing the START button again, the treatment time that has al-
ready passed (memo function) is displayed.
In chapters "Changing treatment settings" on page 46 and "End of treatment /
performing follow-up treatment" on page 46 you can read how to change set-
tings or start a follow-up treatment.
