3.2 Packaging and transport
Observe all instructions and signs on the packaging and the parasol.
Upon delivery, check the packaging for damage caused during transport.
After unpacking the product, check the delivery for completeness and damage. Table 3-2 list all
parts of the parasol included in the scope of delivery.
If parts are missing or damaged, contact your retailer without delay.
3.3 Scope of delivery
Check all deliveries for completeness.
All our products undergo stringent quality checks. However, should a part be defective or
missing, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.
Keep the cardboard box in case you ever have to return the parasol under warranty.

The parasol weighs approx. 29 kg.
➢ Persons must never carry loads of more 23 kg on their own.
➢ To lift and carry the parasol, always work in teams of two, or
use suitable lifting gear.
➢ Otherwise, you might suffer damage to your health (e.g. back
strain, injury from falling loads).
Risk of damage when opening packaging
➢ When opening the packaging using scissors, blades or other
sharp implements, there is a risk that the content is damaged.
For spare part orders, contact your retailer.
To ensure the safety and proper operation of your parasol, use
only original accessories and spare parts.
