9.3 Equalizer
With the equalizer you can adjust the sound of the radio to your liking. You can choose from precon-
figured settings or create your own profile. Please proceed as follows:
Press the <MENU>, button and select "System Settings" and then "Equalizer". You can select
a sound profile with the <UP> or <DOWN> buttons and then confirm with <OK>. The following
profiles are available:
Normal / Classic / Jazz / Pop / Rock / Speech / My EQ
Setting up "My EQ":
To do this, please navigate to "My EQ Setup" and confirm with <OK>. The "Bass" and "Treble"
can now be set in the following menu. Confirm the "Treble" or "Bass" with the <OK> button, make
the appropriate settings with the <UP> or <DOWN> buttons and confirm with the <OK> button.
Alternatively, these settings can also be made with the <NAVIGATE> knob. You can also activate or
deactivate the "Loudness" key. The active sound profile is marked with "ü".
9.4 Time/Date
In the "Time/Date" menu can be made settings for time and date. The following options are available:
9.4.1 "Set Time/Date" menu
The time and date can be set here manually. The values can be changed using the <UP> or <DOWN>
button on the remote control or the <NAVIGATE> knob. Use the <LEFT>, <RIGHT> or <OK> button
to select the individual blocks of numbers and to save the values.
9.4.2 "Auto Update" menu
Here you can specify the source from which the time and date should be updated. The following
options are available:
From all:
Time and date are updated via DAB and FM.
From Dig. Radio:
Time and date are updated via DAB.
From FM:
The time and date are updated via FM.
No update:
Time and date must be set manually.
The currently selected option is marked with "ü".
9.4.3 "Set 12/24 Hour" menu:
In this menu you can specify whether the clock should be displayed in 12 or 24 hour format. Select
with the <UP> or <DOWN> button, the confirmation is made with the <OK> button. The currently
selected option is marked with "ü".
9.4.4 "Set Date Format" menu
In this menu you can set the format of the date display. The selection is made with the <UP> or
<DOWN> keys, confirmation with the <OK> key. The currently selected option is marked with "ü".
