Never use the emulsioning disc to prepare dough light or heavy as it will damage the disc.
IMPORTANT: Do not exceed the 4 minutes continuous use to avoid overheating the
motor. Let the motor rest for 30 secondes before reusing it.

Using the slicing blades

a. Assembling the blades
1. Select your desired blades. Fix the hole at the end of disc into the holder pin.
2. Press down the head of the disc into the holder.
3. Overturn the holder and then press down the head of the disc together with right and
left hand pollex
b. Functioning
IMPORTANT: Do not exceed the 4 minutes continuous use to avoid overheating the motor.
Let the motor rest for 30 secondes before reusing it.
DANGER : Cutting injuries ! The mixing blades and cutting blades are really sharp ! Be
careful when adding an accessory or cleaning.
Never exceed the maximal filling capacity of the bowl.
1. Set the drive shaft A into the body unit.
2. Insert the mixing bowl on the drive shaft A and turn
clockwise to safely lock it.
3. Insert the blade holders into the bowl.
4. Put the cover on the mixing bowl and turn clockwise
to safely lock it.
5. Insert the food tube pusher into its location on the
bowl cover. You can always add ingredients during
your prepping timer by removing the food pusher.
6. Plug your appliance into a power socket.
7. Select your speed based on your recipe: for slicing
use MIN. speed and for scraping use the MAX. speed.
8. At the end of your preparation, follow these: stop
and unplug your appliance, retrieve the mixing bowl
from the body unit and retrieve the bowl cover.
Note : You can always add ingredients during your
prepping timer by removing food pusher. Do not
forget to stop the appliance while doing so.
