Safety instructions
Any person working with the product is required to have familiarized him/herself with the contents of the instructions
for use.
Before the product is used, it is to be checked for correct functioning. Should any defects appear, it must not be
used!
The German regulations BGV D8 (hoisting, lifting and winching equipment, BGV B1 (handling dangerous

materials) and BGR 500 (load suspension devices in lifting appliance operation) are to be observed!
Do not walk under suspended loads!

Only use for the intended purpose!

The drums must not be left in a raised position.

The given bearing capacity of fork lift trucks and fork lift truck attachments must not be exceeded!

The FZ 600 drum tongs

are for vertically lifting, the FZ 900 drum gripper for horizontally lifting and transporting 200 litre steel drums.
The drum tongs are made of a stable design, partly screwed, partly welded of RSt 37-2 according to DIN 17 100
The FZ-S drum pincer

is suitable for vertically lifting and transporting 200 litre steel drums.
With the FZ 500 H drum tongs

200 litre steel drums can be horizontally lifted and transported. It is additionally fitted with a locking mechanism.
The FZ 500V drum tongs

are suitable for vertically lifting and transporting 200l corrugated steel drums. They can be used for closely
packed drums and for stocking of safety and recovery drums.
