Before using the pan for the first time, wash it thoroughly and dry it by hand. The pan is now ready to use. When using it again:
1. Avoid using the Power or Boost setting on your induction stove.
2. Add sufficient oil/fat to the pan each time you use it.
3. Keep an eye on the food as it heats up and fries. Caution: If the oil/fat begins to smoke, it is already burnt and the frying
temperature is already too high.
Do not cut anything in the pan, otherwise the coating will be damaged.
To prevent the pan from overheating, never heat it unattended or at the highest heat setting. In certain extreme cases of over-
heating, the aluminum in the base may melt and liquefy. In that event, never remove the pan from the stove: otherwise, there is a
risk of burns caused by hot aluminum spillage. Turn off the burner and allow the pan to cool down.
Cleaning
Let the pan cool properly before you clean it. To ensure you care effectively for your pan, wipe it with a paper towel. You should
never use abrasive or scouring cleaning agents such as steel wool, scouring pads or agents containing sand as these can cover
