• Position the platform on rung no. 7.

4. To mount the braces, sit on the platform with the hatch, then:
5. Fix the 2 upper braces to rung no. 11 on each side of the scaffolding; ensure that each brace is
pushed up against the upright by following §2.1.2.
6. Fix the 2 lower braces to rung no. 9 on each side of the scaffolding; ensure that each brace is
pushed up against the upright by following §2.1.2.
