At least 2 persons should unpack the device and
prepare it for assembly (this does not apply to the
model MSW-EW-360).
Device installation:
Model MSW-EW-360
a)
Install the upper cylinder (2) in the upper frame
(1) holder by means of the roller (3). Secure the
connection by means of the incomplete hoop of
C-shape (4).
b)
Insert the lower cylinder (5) holder in the frame (1)
hole.
c)
Screw the screwed roller (14) from below the frame
(1)
d)
Screw the screw (9) with the knob into the frame
(1) frame. Raise the lower wheel (5) holder, so that
the knob screw (9) is in the lower cylinder holder (9)
guide. Tighten the screw (9) with the knob.
e)
Install two accumulator (13) plates on the frame (1)
by means of screws (15), washers (8) and nuts (11).
f)
Install the device in the vice stably attached to the
suitable working surface by means of the middle part
of the lower beam frame.
g)
Place the additional rollers (7) together with lower
cylinders (12) in the accumulator (13).
Models MSW-EW-560 and MSW-EW-710.
a)
Connect the frame (1) with the rear support (17) by
means of two screws, four washers and two nuts (26).
b)
Attach the connecting beam (19) to the rear support
(17) by means of two screws (35), four washers (24)
and two nuts (26).
c)
Raise the connected elements so that they are
supported on the rear support (17). This activity shall
be carried out with the help of at least two other
persons. At this stage of assembly, the device should
be supported and it must not stand freely and
vertically.
d)
Set the front support (16) and the lower support (15)
so as their holes overlap.
e)
Insert two screws (25) with washers (24) into the
aligned holes in the front support (16) j and the
lower support (15)
f)
Set the reinforcing plate (18) so that is found
underneath the lower support (15), and the screws
passing through the front support (16) and the lower
support (15) can pass also through the reinforcing
plate (18). Then secure the connection by means of
two washers (24) and nuts (26).
g)
Attach the front support (16) to the frame (1) by
means of two screws, four washers and two nuts.
h)
Connect the beam (19) with the lower support (15)
by means of two screws (35), four washers (24) and
two nuts (26).
i)
Connect the eccentric roller (7) with the lever (6) by
means of the screw (33).
i)
Connect the bracket (5) roller with the lower wheel
bracket (8). Secure the connection with two screws
(32). Place the connected elements in the frame (1)
hole.
j)
Screw the screw (4) with the knob into the threaded
hole in the frame (1). Raise and turn the bracket (5)
roller so that the knob screw (4) fits in the bracket (5)
roller guide. Tighten the knop (4).
k)
Insert the eccentric roller (7) with the lever (6) into
the hole in the lower cylinder bracket (8).
10
l)
Connect the lever (6) with the eccentric roller (4) of
the lower cylinder bracket (3) using the screw.
m)
Screw 3 levers of the threaded roller (20) into the
threaded roller (14) of the lower wheel. Screw knobs
(21) onto the threaded roller (20) levers.
n)
Screw the threaded roller (14) into lower part of the
frame (1). The threaded roller (14) will connect with
the bracket (5) roller that is already installed in the
frame (1).
o)
Locate the upper wheel (2) with the bearing (9) on
both sides of the frame (1). Secure the connection
by means of the roller (3), two washers (22) and nuts
(31).
p)
Attach the accumulator (13) of the lower wheels to
the rear support (17) by means of two screws (28),
the washer (29) and the nut (30).
r)
Insert the rollers (10) into each additional lower
cylinder (11-01 – 11-06) together with bearings (9)
s)
Open the lock (12) and insert the lower cylinders (11-
01 – 11-06) in the accumulator (13).
t)
Prepare the holes for the assembly anchors in
the substrate where the device will be set. It is
recommended to measure the assembly holes in the
device base and the distances between them and
marking these values on the substrate before drilling
the holes.
u)
With the help of 2 other persons, transport the
device to the place where it will be attached to the
surface and secure its position by means of assembly
anchors.

3.3. DEVICE USE

a)
Choose the lower cylinder suitable for the intended
treatment and install it in the holder. While choosing
the lower cylinder, take into account the treated sheet
thickness, hardness and curving. It is recommended
to carry out test treatment on the element made of
the same material.
b)
Insert the treated material between the upper and
lower cylinders.
c)
Turn the threaded roller to change height of the
element clamping the lower cylinder. Set the
distance between the upper and lower cylinder so
that they exert light pressure on the material being
treated. The higher pressure results in the more
difficult material movement between cylinders and
it can result in material constriction.
d)
Tighten the clamp bolt of the clamping element of
the lower cylinder to protect it against displacement.
e)
Form the material by pushing it forward and
backward.
f)
(it does not apply to MSW-EW-360) To temporarily
lower the lower cylinder, turn the eccentric shaft
using the lever. Then you can introduce corrections
or start treating the new material.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Any blockages and jammed residues after the
workpiece must be removed using suitable tools (e.g.
by means of a hook or piece of wood).
After each work, remove any dust, leavings of the
workpieces and impurities from the device.
Use cleaners without corrosive substances to clean
each surface.
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
before reusing it.
Rev. 27.07.2018
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
Regular inspections of the device must be carried out
in terms of its technical efficiency and any damages.
Grease the device periodically using the grease
designed for maintenance of machinery.
Grease the movable elements regularly, depending
on the frequency of their use.
