D Garantiebestimmungen
Für den -Stimulator gewährt der Hersteller, beginnend mit
Promed EMT-4
dem durch Rechnung bzw. Beleg nachzuweisenden Kaufdatum, eine Garan-
tie von 24 Monaten. Diese Garantie bezieht sich nicht auf die Zubehörteile
(Elektroden, Kabel etc.). Garantieleistungen erlöschen bei gewaltsamer Be-
schädigung, äußere Einflüsse und Beschädigung durch zweckentfremdeten
Einsatz, Arbeiten oder Eingriffe am Gerät durch nicht vom Hersteller authori-
sierte Personen sowie bei Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung.
US Guarantee conditions
The manufacturer provides a 24 month guarantee for the
lator, valid as of the date of purchase shown on the receipt or invoice. This gu-
arantee does not apply to the accessories (electrodes, leads etc.) The guaran-
tee does not cover: damage caused by force, external factors or influences,
damage caused by incorrect use, any repairs, maintenance or modifications
carried out by any unauthorized third party and damage resulting from not
reading the instructions.

La garantie est annulée en cas d'endommagement par l'emploi de la force,
les intempéries et endommagements provoqués par un emploi non conforme,
de travaux ou d'interventions effectués par des personnes non agréées par le
constructeur ainsi que le non respect du mode d'emploi.

Per lo stimolatore il produttore riconosce una garanzia di 24 me-

si a partire dalla data di acquisto da documentare tramite fattura o scontrino. Ta-
le garanzia non copre le parti accessorie (elettrodi, cavi, ecc.) La garanzia deca-
de in caso di danno accidentale, interventi esterni e danni dovuto a uso
improprio, lavori o interventi sull'apparecchio da parte di persone non autorizza-
te dal produttore, nonché in caso di non osservanza delle istruzioni per l'uso.
E Condiciones de garantía
El fabricante ofrece una garantía de 24 meses para el estimulador
a partir de la fecha de compra que debe ser certificada mediante el
EMT-4
ticket de compra o la factura. Esta garantía no contempla los accesorios (elec-
trodos, cables etc...) El derecho a garantía se extingue si el aparato ha sido
dañado de forma violenta, si existen influencias externas, si se han producido
daños debidos a una aplicación indebida, si han sido llevado a cabo trabajos
o reparaciones en el aparato por personal no autorizado por el fabricante, así
como bajo la no observancia de las instrucciones de manejo.
