TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The stirrer insert (5) does not rotate.
The contents of the ice cream contain-
er (6) are frozen.
► Switch off the device and serve the
food.
The ingredient mixture is too thick.
► Remove some of the ingredients and
add some liquid.
Large pieces are blocking the stirrer
insert.
► Switch off the device and remove the
blockage.
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
► Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.

used several times.
