Compressor Ice Cream Machine
Vanilla Ice cream
Ingredients for 4 portions
250 ml milk
200 ml cream
100 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Preparation
1. Stir together all the ingredients until
the sugar has completely dissolved.
2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream
container.
3. Switch on the device for approx.
60 minutes.
Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients for 4 portions
250 ml milk
200 ml cream
100 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
200 g chocolate glaze
Preparation
1. Stir together all the ingredients apart
from the glaze until the sugar has
completely dissolved.
2. Melt the glaze and mix it with the rest
of the ingredients.
3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream
container.
4. Switch on the device for approx.
60 minutes.
Basic Recipe for Frozen Yoghurt
Ingredients for 4 portions
1000 g Greek yoghurt
200 g sugar
1 lime (squeezed juice)
1 pinch of salt

Add cream or cream cheese as
you wish or refine with some lem-
on or vanilla.
Preparation
1. Stir together all the ingredients until
the sugar has completely dissolved.
2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream
container.
3. Switch on the device for approx.
30 minutes.
4. Garnish with your choice of toppings.
It is the toppings that make frozen
yoghurt really delicious. Fruit, almonds,
nuts, raisins and muesli are popular
choices. If you have a sweet tooth, you
should try honey, biscuit crumbs, choco-
late and / or pieces of brownie.
Cherry Sorbet
Ingredients for 4 portions
600 g cherries, pitted
180 g sugar
1 lemon (squeezed juice)
Preparation
1. Boil fresh cherries and allow them to
cool.
2. Purée the cherries with sugar and
lemon juice and allow them to steep
in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Add them to the ice cream container.
4. Switch on the device for approx.
25 minutes.
Strawberry Sorbet
Ingredients for 4 portions
500 g strawberries (cleaned and washed)
125 ml apple juice
50 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
A little vanilla sugar if you wish
Preparation
1. Purée all the ingredients and allow
them to steep in the fridge for around
1 hour.
2. Add them to the ice cream container.
3. Switch on the device for approx.
25 minutes.
