wise to secure it.

After it is switched on, the "Ice
cream" function with a preparation

It generally takes approx. 60 minutes
to make ice cream, approx. 25 min-
utes to make sorbet and approx. 30 to
40 minutes to make frozen yoghurt.
9. Once all settings have been made,
start processing by pressing the
Start / Pause button (10) (Picture D).
The remaining preparation time is
shown on the display.

When trying out new recipes, we rec-
ommend testing the consistency of the
ice cream mixture from time to time and
reducing or increasing the preparation
time as required.

When the mixture becomes too
solid, the stirrer insert stops so
that the motor is not overloaded.
The device switches off once the set
preparation time has elapsed.
If the ingredients have only been stirred
or cooled, the device automatically
switches to stand-by mode. However,
when the "Ice cream" function ends, the
On / Off button must also be pressed.
Otherwise the device begins to cool after
10 minutes (see below).
Automatic Cooling Following the
"Ice Cream" Function
When the "Ice cream" function ends, the
device remains activated (the display is lit)
and starts to cool automatically after 10
minutes. In the meantime, COOL flashes
on the display. After another 10 minutes,
this cooling is ended and the device
switches to stand-by mode.
