If a sheet is between the sensors at this time, then the setup is triggered. It must be ensured that only a single sheet is between the
sensors. The actual values will remain stored until sheets are between the sensors.
c) Automatic setup at the time when one sheet is coming between the sensors
If there is no sheet between the sensors for more then
for the next setup. The setup is triggered by the next sheet coming between the sensors. It must be guaranteed that only a single
sheet is between the sensors. The actual values will remain stored until sheets are between the sensors.
Operation
The evaluating unit 3RX2210 shows the state between Sonar sensors at two outputs A1 and A2. The output A1 "single
sheet" is active as long as only one sheet is between the two sensors. The output A2 "doublesheet" is active as long as two or more sheets
are between the sensors.
In addition, two LEDs signal the output state. The yellow LED A1 indicates a singlesheet, the red LED A2 indicates a double-layer or
multilayer sheet.
