Clean the work piece to be handled if necessary. Make sure the surface of the work piece is clean, flat and free of
grease.

Select the desired tool and screw it into the thread. Make sure the tool is securely attached and cannot come off. Do
not use excessive force when attaching the tool.

Replacing tools while components are still hot can damage the tool and cause serious burns. Always leave the product
to cool down before changing tools.

Connect the power plug to a common household power outlet.

• Turn on the product using the slide switch then adjust temperature according to the tool you are using.

Put the product on the stand.

Wait until the tool is hot (it takes approx. 5 – 10 minutes for the product to
heat up completely).

Hold the product like a pen and grasp it by its grey grip areas.

In order to turn the product off, set the slide switch to off position.

Put the product on the stand and let it cool down completely.

Disconnect the mains plug from the wall socket when not using the product
for a longer period of time.
a) Wood carving
The wood carving tips are suitable for materials such as wood, cork and leather.
Never use the branding tips on materials such as plastic or synthetic leather.
If necessary, use a pencil to sketch all lines.
Guide the branding tips with slight, steady pressure and steady pace over the work piece.

The wood burning and embossing tips are suitable for materials such as wood, cork and leather.
