Assembly
Please note that it is necessary to use some oil the assembly of the jack. This oil could drip
to the cardboard box bottom during transport. This cannot be avoided and is not a sign of
a defect.
If you had turned the jack to the side or upside down some oil might get into the hoses
and come out at the vent hole of the pump. This is no defect and does not harm the pump
either.
Please oil all movable parts before first use of the jack and also regularly afterwards.
Use of the jack:
Lifting: Turn the control valve clockwise until the pump starts. Max. capacity 9 bar. Max.
admissible air pressure: 12 bar / 170 PSI.
Lowering:
The handle offers 3 different positions: step on the pedal and tip as required. Always lower
the jack completely in order to protect the lifting cylinder.
Maintenance
Maintenance and repair must always be carried out by qualified personnel.
As this is normal for other compressed-air tools the air-pump of the jack requires oil to
lubricate the mechanical parts. It is recommended to use air supply with water separator/
filter and oil lubricator.
Daily: Lubricate the air-motor by injecting a little oil into the air connection on the handle
and then lift to max. position. Disconnect the air hose, inject further oil into the air
connection, reconnect the air hose and turn the control valve counter clockwise to
lubricate the cylinder walls.
Turn the control valve counter clockwise.
