ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
NOTE: When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included parts list.
1. Set the body assembly (#1) on a flat, se cure work area able to support weight of carrier.
2. Use bolts (#6), washers (#4) and lock nuts (#5) to attach the hitch assembly (#2) to the underside of the
body assembly and hand tighten.
NOTE: The hitch extension should be on the opposite side of the reflec tors as shown in Fig. 1.
3. Secure the hitch assembly to the front and back of the body assembly using bolts (#3), washers (#4) and
lock nuts (#5), and hand tighten. Once all bolts are in place, tighten all bolts and nuts from Steps 2 and 3.

4. Swing ramp into an upright position and lock in place with the pins (#13) and presto pins (#12).
5. Slide anti-tilt device (#9) onto the hitch assembly as shown in Fig. 2.
insert hitch bar into vehicle's receiver hitch. Align hole in hitch bar with hole in vehicle's receiver hitch.
6. Insert hitch pin (#8) through holes in both hitches and fasten in place using large presto pin (#7). Slide
anti-tilt device against the receiver and tighten the bolts (#11) to eliminate gap between receiver
and hitch bar.
