Using the Side-entry Buckle
To fasten the side-entry buckle:

Holding the buckle handle
shown, place it in the holder
As you slide the handle, it will rotate away from your
body. Keep sliding it downward until it locks into
position with an audible click.

If you can't feel the tip, push the
handle downward until you do.

To unfasten the side-entry buckle:

With your right hand, press the handle release tab
and continue to hold down. With your left hand, lift the
buckle handle
Twist the buckle handle
motion until you hear a click. Note: Twist until the
handle tongue completely clears the groove
holder.
Slide buckle handle
Using the Side-entry Buckle
Sit down before removing
baby from carrier.

Release both head support
buckles and fold down top of
head support.
With your left arm support-
ing baby, grasp the side-entry
buckle handle
left hand, as shown.
