1. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there

2. FITTING THE STABILISER
BARS.-
Take the rear stabiliser bar (7) and
position it on the machine's rear stand
bracket, as shown in Fig.2, inserts
bolts (59), fit the washers (57), (74)
and tighten securely.
Take the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (6) and position it as shown in
Fig.2, insert bolts (59), fit the washers
(57), (74) and tighten securely.
3. ATTACHING THE PEDALS.-
The assembly instructions for the
pedals must be followed to the
letter, fitting these incorrectly could
damage the screw thread on the
pedal or the crank.
Right and left refer to the position that
the user adopts when sitting on the
saddle to do the exercises.
The right-hand pedal, marked with the
letter (R), screws onto the right-hand
crank, also marked with an (R), in a
clockwise direction. Tighten securely,

Remove the screws (62) from the
stabilizers. Fit the rear stabiliser cover
(29) and the front stabiliser cover (40)
with
using the previously removed screws
(62), Fig.3.
4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR
FITTING THE SADDLE.-
Remove
washers (57) from bottom of the
saddle (8). Place the saddle (8) on the
slider tube (4) using the previously
removed nuts (56) and washers (57),
Fig.4, I.
Take the seat post (3) and insert the
cover (20) as shown in Fig.4. Insert
the seat post (3) in the tube of the
main body (1), lower the cover (20)
Fig.4, and place the knob (22).
VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT.
In order to raise or lower the saddle
post (3), first loosen off the control
knob (22) on the saddle post a little by
turning it in an anticlockwise direction,
pull the control knob back and without
releasing it, move the saddle post up
or down, Fig.4. When it is at the right
height release the knob and it will lock
into a hole on the saddle post. Tighten
it up by turning the control knob (22) in
a clockwise direction.
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT.
To adjust the saddle's horizontal
position, loosen the control knob (19)
on the saddle's horizontal bar and
move the saddle, along with the bar,
into the desired position, then tighten
the control knob securely, Fig.5.
