Care and Cleaning
1. Wipe Base of Stand Mixer with a clean, damp cloth and dry.
Troubleshooting
The Pasta Roller, Spaghetti Cutter, or Fettuccine Cutter Accessory is not working.
• Make sure that the Stand Mixer is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
• Check to see if the Speed Control Dial is set at 1-8.
Pasta is too thick.
• Adjust Pasta Roller to a thinner setting.
Pasta is too thin.
• Fold dough and roll again to desired thickness before cutting.
