REMOVE L1, L2, & L3 TERMINAL BLOCK & POWER BOARD
IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure ALL electric power is disconnected
BEFORE proceeding.
1. If the operator has an existing modifications bracket remove
and set aside.
2. Remove incoming wires from L1, L2, L3 and ground terminal.
3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove L1, L2, and L3 terminal
block. The existing terminal and MOV assembly will not be
reused.
4. Unplug the motor harness, connector harness (J9), and brake
connector (if present) from power board.
5. The removal of cable ties will be required. Use caution not to
damage wires.
6. Disconnect all wires from the power board.
7. Use needle nose pliers to remove power board from standoffs.
The power board and terminal block assembly should come
out as one piece.
MODIFICATIONS BRACKET (OPTIONAL)
To reinstall modifications bracket, follow the steps below.
1. Remove any accessories from existing modifications bracket
and set aside.
2. Mount accessories onto new modifications bracket provided
with this kit and secure using the existing hardware.
3. Remove terminal block off flange bracket by removing the two
outer screws.
4. Mount the disassembled terminal block onto the new
modifications bracket and secure with existing screws in the
manner in which they were removed.
5. Install new modifications bracket into electrical box. Ensure
the limit nuts inside the electrical box are unobstructed by the
modifications bracket and secure using existing hardware.

INSTALL NEW POWER BOARD & TERMINAL BLOCK ASSEMBLY
1. Install the new power board into the operator. Position the
board onto mounting posts pressing firmly to ensure posts
are completely through mounting holes.
2. Install new terminal block assembly using black screws (4)
from hardware bag to secure to operator electrical box.
NOTE: Use the top holes on the flange bracket for Damp
Environment (C-prefix), bottom holes on flange bracket for
standard operators.
3. Reconnect the following to the power board:
• White (J6), grey (J7), and purple (J8) transformer wires
• Motor harness, connector harness (J9), and brake connector
(if present)
• L1 (black), L2 (white), and L3 (purple) terminal block wires
4. Connect current sensor (yellow) wire from power board to
(J8) connection on logic control board.
5. Plug brake harness into power board (if present).
6. Reconnect coaxial antenna to L5 board.
7. Secure coaxial antenna, brake, and transformer wires together
with cable ties.
8. Adhere new wiring diagram onto the electrical box cover.
9. Reconnect L1, L2, L3 and Ground power wires to terminal
block.
10. Make sure the electrical box is clear of all debris and tools.
Reconnect the power, but DO NOT activate the operator.
