HEATING THE WATER FOR FORMULA
To prepare a bottle of formula, the WHO (World Health Organization, www.who.int) recommends heating
the water to a minimum temperature of 70ºC, in order to sterilize the powdered formula. After preparing
the bottle, allow it to cool to a temperature suitable for the baby (approximately 37°C).
