Assembly Instructions

Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the
grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided
if necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 45 minutes.
Step 1 (Casters assembly)
a) Align the hole on one the two swivel casters (Y) with the holes
on left bottom side of the cart base (A).
b) Insert the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one M6 spring washer (DD) and
one M6 flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole and tighten
by hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with the two rigid casters (Z) with the
holes on right bottom side of the bottom panel
Tighten two bolts using the screwdriver provided.
d)
Note: Before beginning assembly, make certain the two
swivel casters are locked.
