Caution: When moving the Digital Steakhouse Grill, make sure that you
hold it securely and support the base. Carry the unit on the short sides.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place base on a clean, heat-resistant and flat surface where you
intend to cook, with the controls directly in front of you.
1. To turn on the device, press the power button located on the back
of the unit.
2. The display color appears blue to indicate the unit is turned on but
currently not in heat mode.
3. The 2 front control knobs may be used to increase or decrease the
temperature settings of the appliance as well as the time.
4. To start preheating, turn the temperature knob to desired heat. The
display color will change to orange and flash 'Preheat' to indicate
unit is now in working mode.
5. The Digital Steakhouse Grill is ready to use once 'Preheat' has
stopped displaying on the screen.
6. Place meat in the middle of the resting plate and place it inside the
grilling chamber using the detachable handle.
7. Ensure that the handle does not remain attached to the plate while
it is inside the Steakhouse Grill. The handle could become extremely
hot and cause severe burns.
8. Place the resting plate at a height that ensures there is about 0.8"
(20mm) distance from the heating element to ensure the surface of
the meat is at a maximum temperature. The top 2 racks are
recommended.
9. The searing process occurs when the meat is first placed in, turning
each side after 1 minute and 30 seconds.
10. Once this is complete, continue cooking food by changing the
resting plate to a lower rack.
11. During the cooking process, turn over the grilled item until it has
achieved the desired browning.
12. Avoid bumping of or impact with the appliance to prevent spillage
or splashing of hot cooking liquid.
