IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
1.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE!
2. Remove and safely discard any packaging material and
promotional labels before using the grill for the first time.
3. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
4. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is
used by or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to
cool before putting on or taking off parts as well as before cleaning
the appliance. Make sure to always switch the appliance to the off
position and unplug the power cord to cool completely if
appliance is not in use, before cleaning, before attempting to
move the appliance, disassembling, assembling and when storing
the appliance.
6. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions. Do not operate if it has been
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment. It is
recommended to regularly inspect the appliance.
7. Do not place the grill on or near a hot gas, electric burner, or any
place where it can touch a heated oven.
8. Position the grill at a minimum distance of 8 inches (20cm) away
from walls, curtains, cloths and other heat sensitive materials.
9. The outer surface will be hot when the appliance is operating and
for some time after use. Do not touch hot surfaces, use the handle
or knobs.
10. Do not place anything on top of the grill when in use and when
stored.
11. To protect against electric shock do not immerse the power cord,
power plug, or appliance in water or any other liquid.
