10. Installing batteries (remote control)
1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert 2x 1.5 V AAA batteries matching the polarities shown inside the compartment.
3. Replace the compartment cover.
11. Care and cleaning
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can cause
damage to the housing and malfunctioning.

Suggested solution
• Check main and branch circuit fuses or circuit

• Lower the canopy from the ceiling.
• Check all fan blade screws are sufficiently
tightened. Do not to overtighten.
• Check base/hanger screws are sufficiently
tightened. Do not to overtighten.
Allow the fan to run for approx. 8 hrs to allow parts
to settle.
• Measure the distance from the ceiling to the tips
of the blades, then rotate the fan and check all
blades are equal height from the ceiling. Ad-
justments can be made using gentle pressure
against the blade holders.
• Make sure all screws are securely fastened.
