Installation
Installing the DHW temperature sensor
▶ Take the tank temperature sensor [3] from the scope of delivery of
the control panel (accessories).
▶ Feed the temperature sensor with the compensating spring [2] all
the way into the sensor well [1].
The compensating spring [2] ensures contact between the sensor well
and sensor surfaces, and a reliable temperature reading.
Always ensure that the full length of the sensor surface is
in contact with the sensor well.

▶ Route the sensor lead to the boiler or control panel and ensure the
cable is not strained. The piping may not touch any hot parts of the
boiler.
▶ When sensors are used without a compensating spring, fill the cavity
in the sensor well with a sufficient amount of thermal grease.

Installing the aquastat
▶ Remove cover from the aquastat. To do so, undo the screw on the
top.
▶ If necessary, remove any unnecessary attachments. Screw the
holder [3] onto the Aquastat [2] using two sheet metal screws [1].
