MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
To ensure an optimum reliability and long
life of the machine, we recommend:
Carefully clean the mixing bowls after
using them. Avoid dirt accumulation and
possible blade shaft seizing. Make sure
to clean the joint and fitting of the bowl to
get optimum sealing.
Cleaning of external body of the machine
should be made with a soapy water
dampened cloth. Do not use solvents or
any other flammable product.
Change the filtering element periodically
by turning anticlockwise a quarter turn
the filter glass on the backside of the
machine. Change the filtering element
and place the glass on its place again.
In case there were a current breaking
while the cycle is running, the bowl will
remain at the nozzle because of vacuum.
Under these conditions it may happen
that the mixture sets. To avoid this
inconvenience, you may see that there is
a drain-valve at the bottom of the glass.
Pressing
the
vacuum in the vacuum circuit pressurizes
and the bowls gets free. Carry out this
operation only in case of emergency.
It is recommended to change mixer and
bowl rubber joints periodically. Vacuum
in vacuum circuit will be optimised.
