The guitar cutter is an ideal gadget for the precise cutting of chocolates, ganache, jellies,
petit fours, dough and other confectionery products.
It comprises a solid base that, in conjunction with stainless steel frames, with different
wire spacings, makes it easy to cut large amounts of product precisely and flawlessly.
The kit containing the bases includes:
1 stainless steel paddle - 1 plastic scraper - replacement wires - 2 wrenches
for fastening wires - protective gloves and safety eyewear.
