A change of binding mode during operation requires the full stop of the binder (emergency (12)).

Start is inhibited when the cover is missing . Reload cover station or increase suction (24).
*** Check the first booklet. Change the settings if necessary. - In case of jam, lights in (10) flash.
Press them to allow the return of the carriage to the start position.
Attention !: Lifting the plexi cover or pressing the emergency stop button stops the glue heaters. To be able
to work again quickly: release emergency knob and switch on the glue roller immediately, otherwise it will
cool down and take time to warm up again to operational temperature.
- Switch "on" (9) the binder.
- Select (21) programme mode n° 1. *
- Switch "on" (17) the drum heating.
- Option : Select (8) for each day of one week the time that
the machine will automatically switch to stand by conditio
- The binder is ready to operate when the green lights in
buttons (10) are on.
- Switch "on" (16) jogger (unless footswitch option is used).
- Select (18) when notching/milling is required.
- Eventually adjust (7) milling depth.
- Select (20) notching/slitting density.
- Select (19) carriage pre-opening

- Load the cover station with covers.
- Adjust (25) separation air flow.
- Select (22) cover clamping duration.
- Adjust (23 ) side clamping force.
- Select (6) spine pressure.
- Insert the sheets at the left end of the opening of
the carriage (spine downwards).Their jogging is
automatic if (16) is selected.
- Automatic when pressing both the
carriageclosure buttons ( 10 and 10' ).
- Automatic after feeding of the cover, when the
carriage is closed and (10 & 10' ) are released. **
- Automatic if (18) is selected. (green light on)
