6. CAUTION — some parts of this product can become very
hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given
where children and vulnerable people are present.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
8. Home use only. Do not use for industrial purposes.
9. Before the first connection of the appliance check that
voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the
mains voltage in your home.
10. There is a danger of electric shock even when the
appliance is switched off. Always unplug the appliance
from the power supply when it is not in use.
11. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a
bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
12. Do not operate the oil heater with a damaged cord or
plug.
13. Return defective appliances for repair to the nearest
service center. Only qualified persons may repair the
appliance.
14. Close supervision is required when the appliance is used
near children.
15. Always remove the plug from the power supply before
cleaning.
16. Unplug the oil heater by pulling the plug out of the power
outlet. Pull on the plug, not on the cord.
17. Do not use the unit when you sleep.
18. Do not insert or pull out the plug with wet hands as this
may cause electrical shock.
19. The oil heater may only be used in the upright position.
20. The unit must be positioned away from flammable or
easily deformable objects during use.
21. Place the oil heater on the floor at least 90 cm away from
the wall and any other objects, such as furniture, curtains
or plants.
