The following information on hazards and precautions includes the most likely situations that may arise during use of
this machine. Consult all product documentation, packaging and labels before use.
If you encounter a situation not described in this manual, use common sense to use the machine as safely as possible
and if you see danger, do not use the machine.
USERS
This product has been designed to be handled by users of legal age who have read and understood these
instructions. Do not allow underage persons or persons who do not understand these instructions to use the
product.
Before using this product, familiarize yourself with it. Make sure you know where all the controls are, the safety
devices and how they should be used.
If you are an inexperienced user we recommend that you practice doing simple work and, if possible, in the
company of an experienced person.

PERSONAL SAFETY

Be alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating this machine.
Do not use this machine when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications. A moment of
distraction while operating this machine can cause serious personal injury.
Never operate the machine with defective guards, or without safety devices.
Do not modify machine controls or engine speed regulations.
Always maintain proper foot support and operate the machine only when standing on a fixed, secure, level, and
dry surface. Slippery or unstable surfaces may cause a loss of balance or control of the machine.
Do not start the machine in an enclosed room or enclosure. Avoid inhalation of exhaust gases. This machine
expels dangerous gases such as carbon monoxide through the exhaust, which can cause dizziness, fainting or
even death.
Products used for fumigation can be harmful to health, avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not inhale or ingest.
In case of ingesting these products go quickly to your doctor. If you come into contact with the fumigant, clean
with plenty of soap and water as soon as possible. If your eyes or skin become irritated afterwards, consult a
doctor immediately. If, while fumigating, you begin to have a headache or dizziness stop working, place yourself
in a well-ventilated area and breathe. If symptoms do not pass quickly consult a doctor immediately.
In order to avoid the formation of static electricity in the machine, when fumigating with dust, a copper wire
connected to ground by means of a chain must be inserted into the conduit.
Use this machine always installed on your back using the right hand to direct the jet and the left hand to regulate
the speed of rotation of the engine and the amount of powder to be sprayed.
Be careful not to put your fingers or any other part of your body into or near the suction area, machine blower
tube, or moving parts.
If the machine vibrates abnormally, stop the engine and inspect the machine for possible cause and repair it. If
you don't find the reason, take your machine to the Official Technical Service.
If you have to remove material from the ducts, turn off the motor before performing this operation.
Never use this machine when on a ladder, tree, or other unstable location. It is necessary to turn off the engine
when you move between different work zones.
WORK CLOTHES
Dress appropriately. We recommend the use of:
