BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
I am unable to connect
the Paradigm Premium
Wireless Series product
to my Wi-Fi network.
Possible Solutions
1. Verify that your Wi-Fi network is functioning.
2. Your router's Wi-Fi signal may be weak or your Paradigm PW LINK may be out of range of your
router's Wi-Fi network. Move the Paradigm PW LINK closer to the router.
3. Before connecting to your network, verify that your Paradigm PW LINK's Input button (
in WHITE, this indicates the Wireless/Wired Network Streaming Mode. If the Input button (
illuminated in BLUE, this indicates the Rear Input Mode; press the Input button (
Wireless/Wired Network Streaming Mode for a wireless input connection.
4. Reboot your Paradigm PW LINK (see page 11).
5. Reset your Paradigm PW LINK to factory settings (see page 11).
