• The device emits an acoustic signal with a frequency of 12 – 24 kHz at intervals of
22 seconds on and off.
• The changing frequencies the animals from getting adapted to the noise. It may take
a few days or weeks until the effect fully takes place.
• The dispersion of the sound is related to the local surroundings.
• The device has 4 x 2 special high voltage modules with „Plus/Minus" on two seperate
cables. The modules are charged with a capacitor up to 400 +/– 50 Volt.
• The intruding animal will receive a painful but not fatal electric shock when it tou-
ches modules.
• The LED flashes are an additional method of deterring the animal.
3. Safety Guide
• Electrical appliances, packaging materials, etc. do not belong in the hands of children.
• The device may only be used with the stated voltage: 12 V DC
• If repairs are needed, only original spare parts may be used to avoid serious damage.
• It must be determined if the device is suitable for the respective use.
• When installing the modules make sure that they are not placed in the near vicinity
of the car electrics.
• A direct contact between the „plus" and „minus" modules or with the chassis of the
car can result in a short-circuit and the destruction of the device.
• Install the yellow warning stickers in the engine compartment in such a way that
they can easily be seen. When mechanics are servicing the car they should be infor-
med that there is high voltage.
• The use of this device is not designed for use by persons (including children under 8
years) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or the lack of experience
or lack of knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been instructed in the use
of the device by a person responsible for their safety.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place and pass them on when giving the device to a
third person.
