Non-adherence to the safety references can lead to both an endangerment of persons as well
as the environment and the system. Non-adherence to the safety references may result in the
forfeiture of all claims for damages. The system operator shall guarantee that the contents of
the operating instructions, in particular the safety references, are known to the operating
personnel. Operating personnel must be regularly trained.
