OK key
Confirms a setting or a dictation.
To type brackets, apostrophe, colon, dash, comma, dot, question

mark and exclamation mark.

Types an accented character.

SETTINGS
Accesses the settings menu. Press once again to exit.

LANGUAGE
Toggles between English and French.

DICTIONARY
Views a word and its description in the dictionary.

Accesses your scores.
PROGRESS

Use this key to type capital letters. You can also hold down the
SHIFT
SHIFT key and the REPEAT key at the same time, to hear the entire
key
dictation repeated.
BACKSPACE
Deletes a typed character. You can also use this key to exit the
Dictionary or a menu function like the Settings or the Progress
menus.
Press the PAUSE key at any time to pause the dictation. The cursor
PAUSE
will stop flashing indicating that the speech is paused. Press the
key
PAUSE key again to return to the activity.
REPEAT
To listen again to any words you may have missed.

ANSWER
Press the ANSWER key to let Listen & Spell Master help you with

the tricky words.
ARROW
Use the ARROW keys to highlight the desired option, insert a

letter or to navigate in the settings menu.
RESET
If the unit malfunctions or receives an electrostatic shock, press the

RESET key located under the unit.
