❐ If you do not use the baking tray as drip protection but want to prepare food on it, you
should only ever use the tray together with the rack.
❐ Only ever use the pizza stone together with the rack.
❐ Do not place food containing fat and oil directly onto the rack, but also use the baking tray
so that the bottom heating elements are not contaminated by fat / oil dripping down. We
recommend that the food is placed directly onto the baking tray and that the tray is then
pushed into the device on the rack. However, you can also place the baking tray on the
bottom heating elements to catch any drips falling down.
❐ When you use the rotating spit, always place the baking tray on the bottom heating elements

❐ Do not place food wrapped in cling fi lm, aluminium foil or packed in plastic bags into the
device.

5. If you have selected a programme with a preheat function, press the

the preheating, a signal will sound three times and the display will indicate the remaining
cooking time. Continue with step 6.
If you have selected a programme without a preheat function, you can continue with step 6
directly.
