13.2 Adjusting the ambient temperature sensor
• General Information
Important: This operation is reserved for professional installers only; any
incorrect changes would lead to control anomalies.
It may happen that the temperature detected (measured with a reliable
thermometer) diff ers by at least 1°C or 2°C from the regulation tempera-
ture of the radiator.
The calibration adjusts the temperature detected by the ambient tem-
perature sensor to compensate for a deviation from +5°C to -5°C with
increments of 0.1°C.
• Adjusting the ambient temperature sensor
1- If the diff erence with the ambient temperature is negative, for example:
Set (desired) temperature= 19°C.
Ambient temperature (measured with a reliable thermometer) = 18°C.
Diff erence detected = -1°C.
Important: Before performing calibration, it is recommended to wait 4 hours
after changing the set temperature to ensure that the ambient temperature
has stabilized.
To correct, proceed as follows:
Sensor temperature = 21°C
(The measured temperature may be diff erent due to the position of the
thermostat in the room).
Decrease the temperature detected by the ambient temperature sensor by
1°C by pressing
.
In the example, the temperature detected by the sensor ranges from
21°C to 20°C.
2- If the ambient temperature diff erence is positive, for example:
Set (desired) temperature= 19°C.
Ambient temperature (measured with a reliable thermometer) = 21°C.
Diff erence detected = +2°C.
To correct, proceed as follows:
Sensor temperature = 21°C
(The measured temperature may be diff erent due to the position of the
thermostat in the room).
Increase the temperature detected by the ambient temperature sensor
by 2°C by pressing
In the example, the temperature detected by the sensor ranges from 21°C
to 23°C.
• Resetting the sensor calibration
To enter the correction value to "0", proceed as follows:
1- When the temperature detected by the sensor is displayed, press
or
for at least 3 seconds.
2- To save and automatically move to the next setting, press
the advanced settings, press
Important: These changes must be carried out by qualifi ed personnel
during manufacture or fi rst installation on site.
13.3 Internal temperature monitoring
The fan has an integrated overheating protection. It activates when an
internal temperature limit is reached: the fan and its controller stop im-
mediately.
The maximum default setting is 65°C. It is possible to adjust it from 60°C
to 90°C with increments of 5°C.
Press
or
, then save by pressing
If you do not want to change it, press
tches to the next setting.
To exit the advanced settings, press
13.4 Hysteresis adjustment
Important: These changes must be made by qualifi ed personnel.
The hysteresis used by the controller can be adjusted. The hysteresis is
preset to 1°C. It can be adjusted from 0.5°C to 3°C with 0.5°C intervals.
Press
or
, then save by pressing
If you do not want to change it, press
switches to the next setting.
