STORING THE MOWER
Remove the switch key and store in a secure location out of
the reach of children.
Before storage, wipe any dirt or debris from the battery
area.
Turn mower on its side and clean grass clippings that have
accumulated on the underside of the mower deck.
Wipe the mower clean with a dry cloth.
Check all nuts, bolts, knobs, screws, fasteners, etc., for
tightness.
Inspect moving parts for damage, breakage and wear. Have
repairs made on any damaged or missing parts.
Store mower indoors in a clean, dry place out of the reach of
children.
Do not store near corrosive materials such as fertilizer or
rock salt.
To store the mower in a horizontal position:
See Figure 15
Pull the T-Knobs (3) on the sides of the lower handles
(1) and turn 90 degree.
Gently pivot the lower handles (1) toward the front of
the mower.
Fully loosen the cam lock knobs (2) on the sides of the
handle and fold the upper handle down, making sure
not to bend or kink the power cord.
To store the mower in a vertical position:
See Figure 15-16
Remove the grass catcher.
Pull the T-Knobs (3) out on the sides of the lower
handles (1) and turn 90 degree.
Gently pivot the lower handles (1) toward the front of
the mower; turn the T-knobs (3) 90 degree back and
continue to pivot the handle (1) until you hear and feel
the lock pin engaged in the locked storage position.
MAINTENANCE
The upper handle can be stored either raised or
lowered when storing in the vertical position.
To lower the upper handle, fully loosen the cam
lock knobs (2) on the sides of the handle and fold
the upper handle down, making sure not to bend or
kink the power cord.
NOTE: Make sure the pins on the handle adjustment
knobs are fully seated in the locking holes before
attempting to raise the mower to the standing position.
