6. Attach End Caps
- Locate the spacer blocks and hardware bag.
- Using a piece of masking tape, tape the spacer blocks in location on the outside (non drawer side) of the cabinets.
Make sure the pilot holes line up with the recommended holes in the mirror cabinet.
- Position the wider end cap so the beveled edge is toward the mirror and the front of the cabinet. Align the end
cap so that it is centered to mirror height. End caps should be flush with back of cabinet. Hold or clamp carefully
(protect the surface if clamping) until attachment screws are in place.
- Partially drive four #10 x 1 1/4" screws (provided) through the inside location holes, through spacer block holes
and into the end cap. Tighten screws to secure end cap.
- Install narrow end cap on sliding drawer (no spacer blocks are necessary). Align screws with pre drilled holes
and install using four #10 x 1" screws (provided). Start all four screws before tightening, making sure there is
approximately 1/2" (1.3cm) space from back of end cap to wall.
- Place dome cap covers over the screw heads.
7. Attach the Door
- Re attach the door.
- The door is provided with a three way adjustment feature for alignment. Height, level, and fit to the frame gasket
can be adjusted. The use of #2 Phillips screwdriver is recommended.
- If the door is out of level or too close to one side adjust the door left or right with screw #1.
- If the door is too high or too low adjust it up or down with screw #2.
- If the door opens swiftly, squeaks or rubs against the gasket, adjust the door outward with screw #3 .
- Check the door swing. The hinges are provided with a 110_ black plastic stop to restrict door from swinging too
wide.
