Fix the lower handlebars (17) and (31) to the upright post (26) with screws
(13), washers (14) and D-shaped washer (15). Secure the pedal tubes (41L)
and (41R) to the upright post (26) with the pedal joint bolts (45) and (52),
spring washers (49) and nuts (48) and (53).
