Remove the LOCK RING from the LOCK (14).
å
First, place the LOCK RING over the hole in the front side of the LOWER DRAWER FRONT (H).
å
NOTE: You may need to gently tap on the LOCK RING with a Rubber Mallet so the teeth grip into the LOWER
DRAWER FRONT.
å
Then, insert the LOCK (14) through the hole in the LOWER DRAWER FRONT (H) from the back side of the
LOWER DRAWER FRONT. Fasten the LOCK (14) to the LOWER DRAWER FRONT (H). Use two BLACK 5/8" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (21).
å
Place two CLIPS (16) onto each DRAWER SIDE with the channels facing each other.
å
Slide two LONG FILE BARS (3) into the channels in the CLIPS (16) with the notches in the LONG FILE BARS facing up.
å
Interlock the notches of three SHORT FILE BARS (4) into the notches of the LONG FILE BARS (3).
å
NOTE: The file drawer will hold both legal and letter size folders depending on how you interlock the FILE BARS.
å
Repeat this step for the other drawer.
