6. START UP INSTRUCTIONS

6.1. LIST OF MATERIALS
This machine includes the following elements that you
will find inside the box:
• Pump.
• Racor (2).
• Joint (2).
• Water filter.
• O ring (2).
• Instruction manual.
6.2. MOUNTING
To mount the pump it is necessary to have:
- Aspiration hose.
- Impulsion hose.
- O rings for the hoses.
Mounting:
1. Coil the racors supplied with the joints in the
entrance and exit (impulsion) hoses.

6.3. VERIFICATION POINTS BEFORE START UP
6.3.1. PLACEMENT OF THE PUMP
Place the pump on a flat surface, stable, well
ventilated and where it will not get wet with the water
entering or exiting the pump.
Try and place the pump as close to the water to be
pumped as possible.
6.3.2. PETROL
IMPORTANT! This engine works with a mixture of 95
degree octane petrol and two stroke synthetic oil in
a 40:1 (2.5%) ratio.
Engine petrol: Mix synthetic oil and
petrol (petrol 40: oil 1=2.5%). Mix in a
homologated recipient.
IMPORTANT: The petrol used in the pump is
highly flammable. Should the petrol catch
fire, use a dry powder fire extinguisher on the flames.
Always avoid the contact of petrol and oil especially
with your eyes. Should your eyes come into contact
with either the petrol or the oil, clean them with water.
Should you still have your eyes red with irritation,
consult immediately with your doctor.
Do not smoke whilst handling petrol and
whilst refilling the petrol deposit. Do not
smoke will you refill and do not close up any
hot object to the petrol.
Do not remove the petrol cap whilst the engine is
running.
