10. Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
No display Operation with power adapter:
➜ Connect the device to the power adapter
➜ Press the LIGHT/SNOOZE button to activate the backlight.
➜ Check the power adapter
Battery operation:
➜ Ensure the batteries' polarity are correct
➜ Press the LIGHT/SNOOZE button to activate the backlight briefly.
➜ Change the batteries
➜ Battery operation: Change the batteries
Incorrect indication
➜ Outside measuring range
Display HI/LO
➜ Connect the device to the power adapter
No charging function
➜ Check the USB port connection
If your device fails to work despite these measures, contact the retailer where you purchased the product.
